Every order placed is considered as a confirm order, we cannot make any changes after the order has been processed or dispatched.

Stylism reserves the right to refuse any order due to history of refusing cash on delivery orders in past. In most of cases if someone has refused twice in past, we will not send new orders.Shipping Compensation:
There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.Shipping Damages / Broken Items:
We ensure that your order is packed in a very secure way, but since some make up items are very fragile so damages can happen. In such event you are requested to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items. The best way is to create a unboxing video of product, if the seal(tape ) opening is not shown in the video then no claims such as "Damaged/Broken Product" will be accepted.
